Recipe: Traditional Usal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed sprouts (like mung beans and matki)
- 2 tablespoons Spices n’ More Usal Masala
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil (preferably coconut or vegetable)
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
