Recipe:
Place a saucepan over high heat and 1/4 cup water. Add the whole “Spices n More Chai Masala” while the water is coming to a boil. Addtea powder and reduce the heat to a simmer so the tea and spices have time to infuse the water. Add the milk and sugar. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat and allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes or so. Raise the heat to high and allow it to come to a rolling boil for a minute simmering the tea & cooking the milk. This lends it a richer, creamier, more complex taste. Enjoy the delightfully warming & perfectly balanced cup of Chai.
