Recipe:

Ingredients: “Spices n More Chicken Masala” Chicken 1kg, vegetable oil 60 ml, 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 3 onion, 1 potato & salt.

Method: Warm oil, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown add ginger & garlic paste and salt. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add Chicken & mix well, cover with lid let it cook thoroughly for 10-15 mins, now add 2 tsp of “Spices n More Chicken Masala” and chopped potato and cook for 10 mins.  Garnish with coriander, serve hot with Rice or Bhakri.
