Recipe: Authentic Chicken Vindaloo with Spices n’ More Vindaloo Masala

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 kg Chicken or Mutton
  • 3-4 tsp Spices n’ More Vindaloo Masala
  • 2-3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to Taste
  • 100 ml White or Brown Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil

 

Method:

  • Marinate the Meat:
  • In a large heavy-bottomed utensil, combine the chicken or mutton with Spices n’ More Vindaloo Masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, and vegetable oil. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
  • Cover the utensil and let it marinate for 1 to 2 hoursat room temperature. (Do not add water during marination.)
  • Cook the Vindaloo:
  • After marination, turn on the gas and place the covered utensil on the stovetop.
  • Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Keep the lid on to retain moisture and flavor.
  • Taste the dish and adjust the flavor by adding more vinegar if desired. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutesif you add vinegar.
  • Serve:
  • Relish your flavorful Vindaloo with steamed rice or Bhakri for a delightful meal.
  • Storage:
