Recipe: Classic Bombay Biryani with Spices n’ More Bombay Biryani Masala

Ingredients:

  • 500g basmati rice, rinsed and soaked
  • 500g chicken or mutton pieces

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt

Instructions:
