Recipe: Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani with Spices n’ More Hyderabadi Biryani Masala

Ingredients:

  • 500g basmati rice, rinsed and soaked
  • 500g chicken pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Spices n’ More Hyderabadi Biryani Masala
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • A few strands of saffron soaked in 2 tablespoons warm milk

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
