Recipe: Classic Chole (Chickpea Curry)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dried chickpeas (chole), soaked overnight and boiled
- 3 tablespoons Spices n’ More Chole Masala
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
