Where are your stores located?

Can I place an order and pick up ?

You can place an order on our Whats-app no or phone 8767750779 and pick up. Please give us 8 to 12 hours to fill your order.

Can I add items to/change items in my order?

Since we do not retain your payment information, for your online security, we are not able to add items to an existing order. You can place a new order for the items you wish to add. If you are looking to remove items for a refund, please contact us at sales@spicesnmore.in

If order is delayed?

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as we ship your order. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, we highly recommend that you check the spam folder. Since we are a Gourmet & Grocery Brand, we rely completely on third party logistics companies for delivering the orders. Disclaimer: Please note that all updates related to delivery and tracking are solely controlled by logistics partners and we have limited influence over their processes. You may experience delays at times that can take up to additional 1-3 days. Our Support team will work actively with the logistics provider to resolve the delays on your behalf.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Sure, we understand that auto-fill options in browsers can sometimes input incorrect addresses. Please raise a ticket mentioning the correct shipping address as soon as possible.

Can I get same day delivery?

No, currently we are offering next-day delivery.

What is your return policy?

It is our goal for customers to be completely satisfied with their spice purchases. For our customers, we are happy to accept a return for a refund within 7 days, with the original receipt, provided the packaging remains intact and sealed, without signs of tampering. Online customers can contact us at sales@spicesnmore.in and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. You accept to these terms before placing an order with us. However, if you have a genuine reason, please contact us and we will certainly consider the cancellation request. Kindly note, we’ve received and dismissed a few cancellation requests based on customers finding cheaper deals at other marketplaces. It is important to understand that good quality products come at a price and we put sincere efforts in sourcing the best quality cleaning & pounding the blend.

I received a damaged parcel?

Kindly accept our sincere apology for the poor experience. We will replace all the items that got damaged during transit. In case if they are out of stock, we will be issuing Refunds for the same.

I lost my password, how to login

Please reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link visible at the login screen. Delivery of emails depends on your Service provider like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and we highly advice you to check the spam folder if our email does not show up in your inbox.

I cannot find order details under my account.

It is important that you stay logged in your account during checkout. As we do offer Guest Checkout for customers that like to maintain their privacy, it is highly possible that you may placed an order via Guest Checkout. Please get in touch with us if you would like to link your order to the existing account.

My account is not found/deleted

In order to maintain privacy of our customers, our systems automaase reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password link visible at the login screen. Delivery of emails depends on your Service provider like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and we highly advice you to check the spam folder if our email does not show up in your inbox.
Automatically delete accounts and the personal data related to it on inactivity for 9-12 months. If you would like to hold an account with us, we request you start fresh by registering a new one.

Payment succeeded but my order failed?

These types of scenarios are very common and we understand that they can be really confusing. Please find the following explanation: Payments require establishing encrypted communication between the customer’s banking partner (yours) and merchant’s banking partner (ours). At times, due to delays and general downtime at either of the banks, the communication of the transaction does not get captured completely between the banks which results in incorrect deduction of funds or double charges. In such cases, the amount that has been deducted from your account is returned back to your account in 5-7 working days as and when the banks reconcile their statements.

Why Can’t I see COD options during checkout?

Cash on Delivery is not available currently.

Do you store my payment information?

No. All credit card information is processed securely by Razorpay Payments. Spices n More does not store⁠—and cannot access⁠—your credit card information. Only your last four digits will be retained in our records in compliance with the credit card services we except for payment. In addition to all major credit cards, we also accept Google Pay. We use two-factor authentication to enhance the security of every transaction. Orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

What is the best way to store spices?

Spices should be stored in airtight containers. Our jars and bags are good if they are properly stored. Air, heat, and light are the enemies of fresh spices. A dark cabinet or drawer will do. The worst place to keep your spices is above the stove because heat from the oven will destroy essential oils in the spices.

How are the spices packed?

We offer glass, pet jars, and resealable bags.
• Jars are sealed with foil to lock in flavor and lock out moisture. The easiest way to remove the foil seal is to puncture it with a butter knife and peel it off the jar. The cap is metal and stamped with our logo.
• Spices are being packed in special ZIP lock pouches to make sure that the freshness remain intact till it is being consumed. Use scissors to make a clean cut above the zipper and below the seal. Open the zip lock use the spice as and when needed and zip lock it after use.

Do spices expire?

Spices will lose flavor and colour over time, as their volatile oils (from where the aromas and flavors derive) evaporate, but spoiling is not a concern for a majority of our products. We do recommend that you use our spices within 6 months to a year for optimal flavor. If your spices are moving beyond the year mark, you’re still fine to use them, but you’ll find that you’re using more to match the original flavor punch.
Fresh spices, ground and blended in small batches, are our calling card, so you have our assurance that nothing you buy from us will ever have been sitting on a shelf for months.
