Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups mixed dried fruits (raisins, currants, apricots, cranberries)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews)
  • ½ cup dark rum (for soaking fruits)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Spices n’ More Cake Mix Masala
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Fruits:
